 Immediately monitor and observe ongoing rig operations on a daily basis with focus on conference to GPOC policies and procedures and generally accepted safe work practices.  Plan facilitates Weekly HSE Meeting.  Facilitate the Job Safety Analysis (JSA) Process.  Review STOP cards generated onboard the installation and ensure effectiveness of STOP program.  Participate in all pre job planning activities for high exposure potential operation.  Mitigate hazardous conditions observed onboard as required.  Perform rig HSE audits and inspections and report trends to rig and division management.  Perform all required onboard HSE training.  Ensure that all HSE training requirements are communicated to crew members.  Attend crew meetings and provide HSE input and feedback.  Ensure HSE critical equipment onboard the installation is properly maintained as directed by the division HSE department.  Produce a daily plan of activities based on ongoing rig operations.  Conduct food safety, fire drills, and Emergency Evacuation drill on a regular basis.  Assist HSE Manager in the effective implementation of HSE Plans, SWMS and HSE Procedures.  Arranging the Induction/Orientation to the new hired employees and maintaining the record.  Ensure the provision of welfare facilities to workers including rest shelters, drinking water, and First Aid facilities.
