As a Driller, I lead end-to-end drilling operations on turnkey projects, driving safe, efficient, and disciplined execution from spud to final depth. I supervise and mentor the rig crew, coordinate closely with the toolpusher and drilling engineer, and continuously monitor drilling parameters to safeguard well integrity and operational performance. I enforce strict compliance with company procedures, well control standards, and HSE policies, ensuring every task is executed with zero compromise on safety. My role includes managing equipment readiness, optimizing ROP and overall drilling efficiency, troubleshooting operational issues in real time, and coaching the crew on safe work practices and standard operating procedures. I deliver wells on schedule, to specification, and in full operational compliance, contributing directly to project success and operational excellence
