As a Coiled Tubing Field Engineer, my core responsibilities include planning and executing coiled tubing operations in a safe, efficient, and professional manner. I am responsible for preparing equipment for each job, performing detailed pre-job inspections, verifying pressure control equipment integrity, and ensuring that all tools and components are properly rigged up according to company standards and industry guidelines. I monitor well parameters throughout the operation, including pump rates, pressures, fluid characteristics, and depth control, to maintain optimal performance and avoid operational risks. I support a variety of CT operations such as stimulation, cleanout, fishing, nitrogen lifting, milling, and wellbore interventions, ensuring that each task is carried out with precision. I work closely with supervisors, the rig crew, and other service teams to coordinate all job activities and maintain smooth workflow at the wellsite. Communication is key, and I provide clear updates on operational progress, challenges, and any required adjustments. Additionally, I am responsible for documenting job data, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with all HSE procedures. Maintaining a safe working environment is a top priority, and I consistently follow safety protocols, participate in hazard assessments, and take immediate action to mitigate risks. My role ensures both operational excellence and safe job execution.
