 Lead and manage the coil tubing crew to ensure safe and efficient operations.  Provide training and guidance to junior staff.  Plan and coordinate coil tubing operations, including preparation and job execution.  Ensure that all operations comply with industry standards, client requirements and safety regulations.  Troubleshoot and solve operational problems.  Enforce safety protocols and conduct safety meetings.  Ensure all safety equipment is used properly and all personnel are trained in emergency response procedures.  Oversee the maintenance, repair, and inspection of coil tubing equipment.  Ensure that all equipment is in good working condition and ready for deployment.  Maintained detailed records of all operations, including job reports, equipments usage, and maintenance logs.  Prepare and submit daily, weekly and end-of-job reports  Serve as the primary point of contact with clients during operations.  Provides regular updates to client on job progress and address ant concerns or issues.  Ensure all operations comply with environmental regulations and company policies.  Stay updated with industry standards and best practices.  Coordinate logistics for equipment and personnel to and from the job site.  Manage inventory of necessary supplies and equipment.  Ensure the quality of services provided meets or exceeds client expectations.  Implement quality control measures to improve operational efficiency.  Lead the response to any emergencies or incidents on the job site.  Ensure all personnel are aware of and follow emergency procedures.
