(Repaired the same packers). • Operated and maintained drilling and work over equipment (RIG, Mud pumps, Rotary table, Power swivel, BOP, Compressor, Booster and others). • Accountable for execution of project as per planning and completion within targeted time frame. • Proven track record for handling a team of 50 members including Driller, Assistant driller, Maintenance in charge, Electric in charge, and technicians. • Coordination with Top management as well as external agencies like OISD, DGMS & other government authorities for maintaining Safety, Health and security of men and material. • Supervise well completion and work over operations including trouble shooting on the activities and ensure the required resources are available for well operations activities. • Cased hole fishing operation which occurs during maintenance or completion operations. ➢ Over 5+ years of experience in oil and gas drilling data analysis, specializing in interpreting and optimizing drilling performance through data-driven insights. Skilled in identifying operational trends, troubleshooting drilling challenges, and developing effective data visualizations to enhance decision-making and efficiency. ➢ Serve as Acting RTOC Supervisor during the absence of the designated Supervisor. ➢ Experienced in incident analysis and flag reporting for drilling dysfunction and operational risk. Generate KPI-based analytics and conducting NPT/ILT time analysis. ➢ Good understanding of wellbore stability, torque & drag, stick-slip, ECD.
