Ensure all drilling and completion operations comply with company safety policies, international standards, and government regulations. Conduct regular site inspections and audits. • Perform risk assessments and Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) for all high-risk tasks. Manage the Permit-to-Work system to ensure safe operations. • Lead the investigation of all incidents, near-misses, and non-conformances. Use root cause analysis to find the cause and prevent future events. • Assist in developing and maintaining emergency response plans. Organize and conduct drills to ensure the team is prepared for any situation. • Develop and deliver HES training programs for all rig personnel and contractors. Promote a proactive safety culture through communication and engagement. • Track and report on HES performance metrics. Ensure all data is accurately documented and submitted to management and regulatory bodies.
