To provide safety coverage to entire Rig operations including well testing activities, Rig shifting/movement, Rig up and down activity, drilling operations, Mud Logging, Coil tubing, Casing & Cementing, Perforation and Drill Stem Test activities. • Install all kind of H2S detection system, maintenance and calibration according to standard i.e. Dragger system. • Installation, working, maintenance, Refilling and training of all kind of Respiratory Systems, i.e. Cascade System, Work Line Units or Trolley mounted. • Training of staff working in hazardous gas environment about all kind of respiratory equipment’s (Cascade system, SCBA, SABA, EEBD, ELSA etc) and gas detection system. • Conduct all kind of Drills i.e. H2S Drill, Fire Drill, BOP Drill etc. • Maintain and up to dated equipment calibration records and ensures readiness of equipment’s at all times. • Promote HSE awareness among the entire workforce at site through, Tool Box Talk & HSE training programs, HSE bulletins, hand-outs etc. • Preparation & Conduct management review meeting presentation • To develop and implement OHSAS-18001:2007 Management System • Accident / incident / Near Miss investigation, reporting, root cause analysis and suggest corrective actions. • Plan and facilitate daily, weekly HSE and other management meetings. • Carried out the job safety analysis of all critical activities involved during drilling operation • Participate in all pre-job planning activities for high exposure potential operations. • Inspection and maintenance of fire, safety and emergency equipment’s. • Work Permits auditing, ensure the compliance of PTW at all jobs and supervision of critical activities, hot job, and confined Space entry, and work at height and Lifting operations. • Ensures compliance to all regulations of Occupational Health, Safety and Environment • Assuring and Implementation of HSE Local Laws and Companies health and safety Policy and Standard Operating Procedures. • Carry out safety audit tours of work facilities and make HSE surveys report, identify hazards and provide recommendations. • Strictly implementation of better housekeeping for the job site. • Carry out inspections of power tools, hand tools, PPE’s, housekeeping, lifting gears, vehicles, and machinery owned by company and contractors. • Developing offices and site ERP and HSE orientation of visitors, contractors and Company employees.
