Deep drilling vertical and deviated wells TVD up to -5000m. RSS BHA, Motor BHA, Rotary BHA. 3. Drill horizontal sidetrack up to 84 deg. Side tracking by using whipstock system and operations, or by milling out Liner hanger. 4. Use WBM and OBM with max mud weight 20 ppg to overcome the salt formation. 5. Execution of an event to reduce risk string sticking. Release the differential and mechanical BHA stuck experience. 6. Gained sufficient experience in well control situations. 7. Cure down hole losses experience. 8. Сoring operations at the exploration wells. 9. Well Testing and Workover experience. 10. Primary and remedial cementing experience. 11. Landmark OpenWells software for daily reports
