I manage end-to-end materials and logistics operations to effectively support both project execution and day-to-day operational activities. My role focuses on ensuring the timely, cost-effective, and fully compliant delivery of materials, equipment, and consumables required across multiple sites and operational locations. I am responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling inventory levels to prevent shortages, minimize excess stock, and ensure optimal material availability at all times. My responsibilities include coordinating procurement support activities, monitoring purchase orders, and carrying out expediting functions to ensure suppliers meet agreed delivery schedules. I oversee warehouse operations, including material receipt, inspection, storage, issuance, and documentation, while maintaining accurate records within ERP systems such as SAP. I also manage transportation and distribution activities, ensuring materials are safely and efficiently delivered to project sites and operational facilities. In addition, I coordinate import and export processes, customs clearance, and regulatory compliance in line with applicable local and international standards. I ensure strict adherence to HSE requirements throughout all logistics activities to safeguard personnel, assets, and materials. I work closely with engineering, QA/QC, finance, and project teams to align logistics plans with operational priorities. I also manage logistics service providers, track performance through KPIs, and continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and mitigate supply chain risks.
