Involved in all aspects of drilling from conceptual / feasibility studies, detailed well planning, and technical studies in the office in addition to onshore/offshore field supervision experience emphasizing safety and compliance. Work on 2000 HP onshore Top drive & Kelly rigs. • Work on Offshore Jack-up rigs. • Supervise rig inspection & acceptance as per checklist. • Prepare and submit the final drawing of wellhead and wellbore sketches. • Manage the well site organization, Drilling contractor crew, and Service companies. • Identify high-risk assessment and management, document them, and arrange preventive measures. • Drilling of highly deviated & horizontal wells. • Select and run different types of Rollers cone; PDC; Hybrid and Impregnated bits with different drive mechanisms (MTR; RSS; Turbine…. etc.). • Dealing with many drilling hazards: complete losses, high reactive shale, wellbore instability, ballooning effect, shallow gas, string twist-off, string stuck, high-pressure formation & well control problems. • Run & cement conventional and Versa-Flex liner jobs. • Casing and cementing programs revision & Job supervising. • Well Sidetracking using Open / Cased hole Whipstock or CMT Time drill. • Re-Entry Wells using Cased hole Whipstock. • Drill string and drilling hydraulics design. • Cement remedial jobs & various workover operations.
