Responsible for Preventive, Corrective and Breakdown maintenance of the equipment. Conducting tool box meeting and risk assignment for all jobs. Improving the reliability of the equipment by doing small modification. Improving the Technician / Fitter Skill. Contacting frequent Technical Sessions for co-workers. Assigning work to group of workers. Planning tools and tackles. Giving technical guidance to Technicians and fitters. Preparing daily reports and complete job reports for overhauled equipment’s shutdown reports etc… Spares Inspection at stores and other important activates for trouble free operation of the plant.Have completed H2S Entry/Escape course and hazardous chemical handling (CI2, H2SO4, NH3 and NaOH). Knowledge of fire and Safety System, Deluge Valve, Sprinkler System, Monitors, Hydrants, Experience in the operation of Fire Extinguishers like Foam, DCP, CO2, Operation usage of fire suit preparation and hot work and familiar with breathing apparatus etc.
