Ensure maintenance activities comply with HSEQ standards, permit to work (PTW) procedures & Good knowledge of cold work permit & hot work permit, confined space entry work permit. Adhere strictly to safety roles, log-out / tag-out (LOTO), and safe work practices. Contact TBT (tool box talk) & LMRA, JSA, & Following Company HSSE procedures (Health Safety Security and Environment). Carry out preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of all equipments. Troubleshoot mechanical faults and implement effective solution to minimize downtime. Assist in mechanical installations, equipments alignment, calibration and commissioning. Conduct routine inspection of equipments performance, vibration levels, lubrications, and alignment, leakages and any others up normality’s inspection. Maintain accurate Mechanical Maintenance records, service logs, and spare parts usage. Support the mechanical engineer in planning maintenance schedules and executing shutdowns / major turnarounds (MTA) activities.
