Operate as Helicopter Landing Officer {HLO) to assist helicopter landing and taking off, include keeping Helideck clear, maintaining a complete helicopter crash kit so that is ready to use. • Operate cranes to lift, move, and position heavy materials on offshore platforms. • Conduct pre-operational checks and routine maintenance on cranes. • To carried out all lifting operation and duties in a safe and efficient manner. • Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols. • Coordinate lifting operations with other team members. • Understand and interpret load charts. • Ensure all lifting operations are within the crane's operational limits. • Respond quickly to any issues and take appropriate action to mitigate risks. • To maintain the crane in good operational condition and to keep crane logbook a checklist up to date. • Maintain accurate records of lifting operations. • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. • Participate in safety drills and training sessions. • Inspect lifting gear and equipment for defects. • Inspect crane safety daily and lubricate as required by maintenance manual. • Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards. • Assist with other tasks as needed on the offshore platform. • Follow company policies and procedures. • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. • Ensure a lifting assessment plan in place for all lifting operation
