Coordination with Drilling Engineer about Well Program, Material Stock and Material Consignment • Coordination withDrilling Supervisor / Company Man to raisematerial requisition • Set up material storage on the rig site • Coordination with Directional Driller (DD) for bit to be used for drilling • Ensure to Mud Engineer about OBM/SBM, Base Oil and other chemical stock enough for Drilling operation • Monitor installation casing / tubing centralizer on the rig site • Coordination with casing crew and ensure equipment for running casing ready to use • Ensure Cement & chemical ready to use for cementing job • Coordination with Marine Support for mobilize material and equipment for Drilling Operation • Coordination with Field Construction Supervisor if we need install scaffolding on well head area • Tracking material movement of all the materialsupplied by the organization and service providersin close coordination withshore base Coordinator • Inventory control of material on therig • Maintain updated records of materials consumed on well,received and returned to shore base • Cost monitoring and reporting • Records of material request • Records material stock or consignment • Track and update record of material movement to and from the rig. Ensure all the transactions are captured in the SAP system •Coordination with ServiceCompanySupervisor to ensure proper storage of material in allotted bins. Special attention to be paid while storing “hazardous items” like chemicals, cylinders and “perishable items” like elastomerand paints • Ensure integrity and safety of equipment. Prepare and maintain PRS (Parts for repair and service) log to track pending materials on repair • Ensure inventory of consumablesis available forsmooth operation of the rig comply with theRig Superintendent specific policies andprocedures on rig maintain good coordination with the company’s Engineersin town, theirshore base personnel, their Heli base personnel, their Marine Logistics personnel, Platform OIM and their supports, Well Engineering Logistics Coordinator, Onshore Logistics Coordinators for the service providers.
