Offshore Material Coordinator: 1. Preparation of starting up drilling project i 2. Work along department heads in material needs, schedule deliveries and resolve any material – related issues 3. Creating requisitions in Amos System as per requestors and checking the availability in the warehouse, in order to avoid double orders 4. Support Procurement and Logistic 5. Chasing urgent materials as per requirement and operation wise. 6. Maintain urgent and priority as operation wise. 7. Keep communicating with the procurement specialist and logistic coordinator about material status and supply boats. 8. Perform monthly inventory and annual inventory 9. Perform Material received and Issued. 10. Monthly warehouse analysis report 11. Critical Spares Weekly/ Monthly check 12. Chemical Weekly/ Monthly Check 13. Repaired items weekly check 14. Discrepancy Report 15. Ensure warehouse is always managed properly, material arrangement as per equipment wise. Easy check shelving system and house keeping, routine relabeling. 16. Review pending approval POs with OIM to be approved by Rig Manager. 17. Ensure Material expenditures are not exceeding allotted budget. 18. Oversee and maintain required 5 yearly maintenance, capitalized expenditure and UWIL Project from Financial and Material discipline side 19. Working Closely with Maintenance Department , Drilling Department and Marine department to utilize above 3 years un used items. 20. Working closly with deck foreman, Barge Engineer , Client Representative to identify drilling equipment outbond / inbound 21. Minimize obsolete spares. 22. Assisting and reporting to material Supervisor, Rig Engineer,OIM, Rig Manager for warehouse operation.
