My role has consistently involved the complete supervision of warehouse activities, including the coordination of material flows, advanced stock control, inventory accuracy, and the optimisation of storage areas. I ensure continuous operational efficiency by organising, planning, and monitoring all logistics processes while maintaining strict compliance with HSE standards and industry requirements. I work closely with multiple departments—maintenance, drilling, production, procurement, and HSE—to guarantee seamless communication and effective support for operational needs. My responsibilities also include managing and training teams, organising workloads, monitoring performance indicators, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs. I am experienced with ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle, as well as WMS tools, which allows me to maintain reliable data accuracy, KPI dashboards, and detailed reporting. My strong sense of organisation, discipline, and ability to respond quickly in demanding environments make me a valuable asset in logistics operations.
