Faciliate the drilling process offshore making up BHA as per drilling program RIH with drilling assembly set slips and conduct drills as a floorman , Monitor drilling cuttings at shakers maintain good fluid properties, monitor mud pumps to ensure operation parameters are met such as flowrates,velocity and mud weights checks periodically add chemicals to drilling mud to maintain viscosity work with mud engineer to weight up mud as per program , work with cementing engineer to build cement program , also work with senior subsea engineer to maintain BOP parameters to ensure bop are operating effectively conduct slip and cut of drilling cables,conduct maintenance of drilling equiptments such as slips both manuan and power types , manual tongs,iron roughneck,rotary table, pipe lay back machinery, pipe skate, winches and draworks.
