Coordinating and monitoring supply chain operations.  Manage the day-to-day operations of the logistics department.  Supervise the logistics team to ensure the smooth run of operations.  To manage controlling all ships and cargo manifest information on time and prepares ships plans to include yards, manpower and equipment’s plans for employment ready for execution by operations prior vessel arrival.  Provide comprehensive logistical support daily for both inbound and outbound shipments.  Coordinating transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments.  Maintain working relationships with ship agents, shippers, charterers and to facilitate the loading and timely sailing of the ships.  Maintaining Log sheet, Traceability sheet, Location Tracking Sheet preparing packing list for Lifting Equipment, Heavy Machineries, and Cargo Baskets etc.  To ensure all port and container terminal work policies/procedures and any other official rules and regulations are followed and respected during Loading / Offloading.  Update the phase in Vessel schedule, during the various passes of the vessel. Keep the Vessel schedule updated. Continuous Monitoring of progress of Vessel.  Customer Service-Pre-Shipment Planning/Loading Alert/Vessel Sailing Alert/Cargo Arrivals.  Coordinated daily activity to track and analyse location, movement of inventory, finished goods, and raw materials.  Developing processes that make the supply chain more efficient and organized.  Manage Land Transport effectively to minimize the cost and efficiency on delivery.  Ensure that all functions under supervision operate in accordance with health, safety and environmental policies and procedures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of staff and visitors.  Develop and maintain strong relationships with all connected with the logistics process.  Organizing and managing inventory, storage, and transportation.
