I am responsible for managing and coordinating warehouse and supply chain operations to ensure smooth and efficient movement of materials and finished goods. My role involves supervising receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and dispatch activities while maintaining accuracy and timely deliveries. I plan and monitor inventory levels to ensure stock availability, reduce shortages, and avoid excess or obsolete inventory. I coordinate closely with procurement, production, sales, and logistics teams to support uninterrupted supply chain operations. I also manage transportation and distribution activities to ensure cost-effective and on-time delivery to customers. Maintaining strong working relationships with suppliers, transporters, and service providers is an important part of my role. I ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards within the warehouse by implementing standard operating procedures and promoting safe work practices. I supervise warehouse staff, assign daily tasks, plan work schedules, and support training to improve productivity and performance. In addition, I use warehouse management and ERP systems to track inventory, monitor operational performance, analyze data, and prepare reports for management. I actively work on continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall supply chain performance.
