Coordinate and work closely with relevant functional team both internal and external to optimize Logistics and Shore Base efficiency and reliability in supporting the Client • Conduct daily Toolbox morning meting to review and communicate the daily marine vessel movement and future plans to optimize lifting activity & unit utilization. • Ensure coordinating and managing all Logistics activities at the Supply base including Vessel loading and offloading, managing Load out lists, managing bulk transfers, managing material storage and tracking Direct report to: Mr.Budimansyah Ambo - Operation Department Head • Oversees and coordinates with Client and vessel masters on vessel loading and unloading plan included compilation and execution of load-list and load plans on a daily basis. • Mange all Operating Procedures including Operational Safety Health of Crew and Environmental requirements • Provide Permite & Lifting plan each of critical activity
