I am responsible for the overall management and supervision of accommodation and welfare services on offshore facilities. My role focuses on ensuring that all living facilities operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company policies and offshore regulations. I oversee daily accomodation operations including housekeeping, catering, laundry, and accommodation services, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and comfort for all personnel onboard. I coordinate closely with catering teams to ensure meals are prepared according to nutritional standards, dietary requirements, and food safety regulations. Inventory control of food supplies, cleaning materials, and consumables is managed effectively to avoid shortages and wastage. Health, safety, and environmental compliance is a key part of my responsibilities. I conduct regular hygiene inspections for accommodation areas, enforce safety procedures, participate in HSE meetings, and ensure vessel operations meet offshore safety and hygiene standards. I also support emergency preparedness by participating in drills and promoting a strong safety culture among camp staff. I supervise, train, and manage camp personnel including stewards, cooks, and laundry staff, preparing duty rosters and monitoring performance. I address crew welfare concerns professionally and act as the main point of contact for accommodation-related issues. I maintain accurate reports and communicate regularly with offshore management to ensure smooth camp operations and high crew morale.
