Responsible for the deck daily work, deck maintenance and implementation of ship's Planned Maintenance System. Responsible for the maintenance of Mooring equipment, Cargo gears, Safety equipment as well as Life Saving equipment. Responsible for the implementation of Ship's Security Plan, Ship's Marine Pollution Emergency Plan and Ship's Ballast Water Management plan. Responsible for Ship filling system and maintenance of Deck Log books, Marpol Oil record Book Reg2, Ballast record Book and Garbage record Book. Responsible for testing and record of Deck equipment, such as mooring winches, anchor windlass, deck/cargo crane, provision crane; LSA equipment such as Lifeboat Davits; Cargo equipment such as, cargo pumps, ODME etc.
