Roles and Responsibilities
1. Cleanliness and sanitation: Maintaining the cleanliness of all accommodation areas, mess halls, galleys, and communal spaces through daily cleaning, such as sweeping, scrubbing, and waste disposal. 2. Food service: Assisting in meal preparation, serving food, setting tables, and washing dishes to ensure efficient and timely meal service for the crew. 3. Laundry and linen management: Performing laundry services and ensuring a proper supply of clean linens and other textiles. 4. Inventory management: Maintaining an inventory of food and non-food supplies and notifying management when items are low. 5. Health and safety: Adhering to strict health, safety, and environmental procedures, and participating in safety drills and emergency operations. 6. Reporting and maintenance: Reporting any accidents, damages, or maintenance issues to the proper authorities to ensure a safe working environment.
