Manage and delegate marine deck crew activities.  Direct mooring/unmooring of shuttle tankers.  Maintain deck and machinery workspaces.   Assign deck crew for helideck fire stations. Certify and inspect rigging/lifting equipment.  Ensure safe rigging and lifting operations.  Adhere to company safety, quality, and environmental policies.  Conduct safety briefings, Toolbox Talks, and JSA reviews.  Perform emergency response duties as required.
