Performs maintenance to all tools (open hole and production tools) strictly following Baker Wireline Technical guidelines in maintenance and repair of wire line tools. Review and validate preventive and predictive maintenance programs, tracks, analyzes and improves key maintenance parameters such as equipment utilization, maintenance cost, PM compliance, prepare and release ETF to operation and schedule compliance, supervised the implementation of these programs in accordance with field operations and global standard & practice. Makes recommendations to maintenance manager on requirements for spare parts and follow up on SAP, test equipment and tools necessary for efficient tool maintenance. Perform hazard analysis and risk identification; expertly addressing HSE concerns at the forefront and a flawless HSE record. Offer exceptional open hole service quality in services such as perforating, RCI, RCX, Sentinel, Straddle Packer, FTex, PCOR and MAXCOR equipment. Specializing in the maintenance, repair, trouble shooting and Q-check of all Electro/Mechanical tools (swivel, temperature & pressure, casing collar locator, centralizer, CBIL, resistivity, Density, 3-Dex, HDIL, MREX).
