Perform PM & CM maintenance plan of all equipment’s & components for topside production facilities at offshore P/F’s according to IBM MAXIMO frequency (daily,7days , monthly , quarter , yearly ) plans  Proposes measures to improve reliability and availability of each equipment and minimize failure rate  Troubleshoots and examines equipment performance in order to provide recommendations to enhance their maintainability and reliability for operation, on a long term basis.  Prepares works and executes supervision during maintenance of critical equipment. This includes the definition of the technical specifications, the assessment of technical offers, the review of contractors regular reports, the assessment of their performance and provision of advice as necessary;  Attend daily operation meeting with offshore production GM to discuss & plan current , next day activities  Perform Maintenance Frequency plan for all types of X-Tree valves ( Loose &Block ) types F,FL,FLS,FC with material trim HH,EE,AA Cameron and FLS trim EE for Tharwa Breda according to API 6A  Implement repair memo for leaking valves from Well Integrity after perform pressure build up PBU test  Replace internal passing for X-tree valves of SV,UMV ,LMV,FLWV ,XTWV after apply two mech.barriers  Maintain &test all types of isolation valves (gate, ball , plug ,check ,butterfly)according to API 598, 594 ,6D  Maintain MOV ( M2 , M4 ) chokes , (Plug & Cage ) choke valves at ( oil , gas , water ) process piping  Maintain Vertical , Horizontal , Launcher , Receiver Double Bolted Pig Trap closures & its facilities  Maintain all oil, gas & water process piping at topside production facilities  Perform partial closure test for Emergency shutdown ( ESD ) valve , Control valves  Perform hydrostatic test for isolation valves, oil , gas & water pipe lines after fabrication & RT completed  Evaluate vendor quotations for valves , spare parts and perform technical bid evaluation according to Gupco valve specification and standards including preservation aspects, and determines stock levels  Develops local procedures, operative processes and instructions within dedicated area of responsibility.  Provides support for commissioning and processing of technical claims when needed; Keeps an overview of maintenance-work-forecast on a multi-year basis and reports to upper managerial level in order to update accordingly operation division year budget; Familiar with best practices issued by SMRP, API, ASME ,ANSI ,ASTM,NACE Site Technical Practice STP  Apply SMRP Body of Knowledge to optimize asset reliability and maintainability  Identify how to use SMRP metrics with their definition and why this is critical to optimizing reliability  Develop maintenance leading and lagging KPI’s for Production Support Service PSS division  Plan and sustain most effective approach and process to maintenance planning and scheduling  Oversee inspection & quality assurance initiatives for Equip
