• Lead multidisciplinary teams of Mechanical, Piping, and Inspection Engineers to ensure safe and efficient preventive and corrective maintenance of the rotating equipment, including reciprocating and centrifugal pumps, gas compressors, air compressors, gearboxes and the static equipment including separators, desalters, tanks, heaters, Burners, KO drums, storage tanks and heat exchangers, piping, valves. • Coordinate the full shutdown lifecycle planning, preparation, and execution of 3-years and 10-years turnarounds by organizing work packs, spare parts, manpower, risk assessments, lifting plans, and PTW to ensure timely completion within safety and quality standards, Job safety Analysis, MOCs. • Led the planning, preparation, and execution of planned and unplanned overhauls (4,000h, 8,000h, and 16,000h) for reciprocating gas compressors and centrifugal/reciprocating pumps, enhancing equipment reliability and ensuring plant integrity. • Lead the Engineering, the installation and commissioning of static, rotating equipment and associated mechanical systems, including new water dilution system, filtration units, chemical injection skids, and water treatment systems. • Lead Inspection Engineers in the daily and TAR inspection activities. • Prepare the Root Failure Analysis, Risk Assessment and assist the Exploitation, wells and HSE for Hazop Studies. • Manage and control spare parts for all static and rotating equipment, ensuring technical compliance with OEM specifications, material standardization, and optimal availability to maintain equipment reliability and plant integrity. • Provide technical evaluation of offers, bids and contracts for the Supply Chain, Procurement, and Reception of all spare parts and the static and rotating equipment as well, ensuring alignment with maintenance and reliability strategies. • Prepare Scope of Work for servicing, reparation and materials providing contracts, assist and reviewing final contracts with the Supply chain. • Implement HSE compliance, risk assessments, and process safety measures, ensuring adherence to OC- BMS standards. • Led EPC projects for the extension of water handling and filtration systems at the Central Processing Facility (CPF) • Directed the construction of the Dilution Water project, including the precommissioning, commissioning and start up, ensuring the compliance with schedule, cost, the quality requirements.). • Managed construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up of new chemical skid packages for well operations. • Led the EPC project for the design, construction, and commissioning of a new potable water treatment unit. • Support the asset Integrity implementation for the CPF and Wells. • Act as relief for the Maintenance Manager, providing leadership continuity and operational oversight when required.
