Roles and Responsibilities
• Area Authority of Engine Room, EDG, IG Room, Battery and UPS Room, responsible to ensure timely repair and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, electrical and electronic systems accordance to CMMS for both rotating and static equipment day to day • Acted as Area Authority for all activities within the assigned area, reviewing and auditing PTWs, JHAs, work packs, risk assessments, hazards identification and mitigation plan to ensure safety and prevent conflicts with other work or operations. • Managed a maintenance team consisting of 4 mechanical personnel, 2 electrician and instrument technicians, overseeing daily operations, shutdowns, UWILD etc. • Planned and executed first-line preventive and corrective maintenance work and assurance for both SCE and non-SCE equipment in accordance with CMMS for swift activities while ensuring synchronization with offshore activities to prevent operational conflicts. • Supervised and managing received spares and materials, ensuring proper handling and inventory management including lubricants, greases and chemicals. • Maintained both the FPSO and tarpon WHP in optimal condition through effective maintenance and housekeeping practices. • Took the lead in diagnose, fault-finding, troubleshooting when subordinates (Leads) were unable to identify the root cause of an issue. • Provided regular updates, inspection and anomaly reports to onshore teams regarding daily activities and any downtime issues. • Monitored Condition Base Monitoring execution, reviewed findings from CBM reports, and implemented corrective actions using the in-house team such corrective alignment, replacing bearings, strengthening the foundation/bedplate. • Supervised and liaised with third-party contractors and auditors from Class and Administration authorities for class-related items, UWILD inspections, and major maintenance activities. • Ensure material coordination of spares onboard or repair backload to shore smooth.
