• Report Directly to the Project HSE Manager & Corporate HSE of the HSE Training & HSE Awareness. • To provide HSE Trainings to personnel on site based on CLIENT Training requirements. • Establishes and implements ARKAD’s Safety Training Plan/Program on site. • Specify site specific Training requirements and make necessary changes on the company HSE Training Plan and Matrix • Conducts all internal HSE Training on people on site based on the training plan or the training matrix. • Create a monthly training plan and submits the plan to the company’s HSE Lead Trainer. • Conducts site Safety Orientation for visitors and new personnel on site • Develops or improved training modules as necessary to suite site specific training needs. • Lead safety meeting on site and present safety topic if assigned by the HSE Manager on site. • Assists HSE Supervisor and HSE Officers in supervising personnel on site if necessary. • Assist the designated HSE Team during Accident / Incident investigations. • Coordinates with the Project Team in implementing training schedules. • Submit progress reports to corporate office on time. • Ensure that Training records are being kept and filed accordingly. • Respond and cooperates with Internal or External Auditors during site Audits • Perform any tasks given by the Project Site HSE Manager.
