Risk Assessments & Job Planning: Identify hazards before work starts, review Job Safety Analyses (JSA), and make sure Stop Work Authority is used when unsafe conditions arise. Monitoring Work Activities: Conduct daily site inspections, observe work practices, and ensure safe methods are followed at all times. Incident & Near-Miss Management: Investigate accidents or near-misses, find the root causes, and ensure corrective actions are implemented immediately. Toolbox Talks & Training: Lead daily toolbox talks, site inductions, and safety awareness sessions to ensure workers understand risks and safe procedures. Contractor Oversight: Monitor contractors’ work to ensure they comply with site HSE requirements and standards. Environmental Compliance: Ensure proper handling of waste, pollution control, and environmental protection measures on site. Reporting: Track HSE performance, record observations, and report incidents, trends, and improvements to site management. This hands-on approach ensures safe and efficient operations, reduces risks, and fosters a strong safety culture on-site.
