Risk Management & Compliance: Conducts risk assessments and Job Safety Analyses (JSA) prior to operations, ensuring adherence to PTW systems and regulatory standards. Safety Culture & Training: Facilitates toolbox talks, safety meetings, inductions for new personnel, and emergency drills. Coaches crews on safe alternatives and intervenes to stop unsafe work. Inspections & Monitoring: Conducts daily site inspections, checks fire-fighting/safety equipment, and ensures environmental compliance. Documentation & Reporting: Maintains HSE logs, manages documentation (MSDS), and prepares daily/weekly/monthly HSE reports for management review. Incident Investigation: Participates in incident investigations, analyzes root causes, and recommends corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Emergency Response: Supports the development and implementation of emergency response plans and ensures preparedness for incidents like gas kicks or fires.
