Implement and enforce HSE management systems across site operations Lead daily safety inspections and corrective action follow-up Participate in PTW (Permit to Work) system review and approval Verify compliance with method statements and risk assessments Monitor high-risk activities (working at height, lifting, confined space, hot work) Act as site focal point for HSE communication between workforce and management Track and analyze HSE performance indicators (KPI / Leading & Lagging) Conduct behavior-based safety (BBS) observations Ensure proper waste management and environmental protection practices Support audits and inspections (internal & external) Prepare and submit daily / weekly / monthly HSE reports Assist in development of emergency preparedness and response plans Ensure compliance with client HSE requirements and company standards Coach and mentor workers to improve safety awareness and accountability

Technical & Professional Skills Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, OSHA, ISO 45001 Risk assessment & Hazard Identification (HAZID / JSA / JHA) Incident & accident investigation techniques Permit to Work (PTW) system
