1) Provide trainings on H2S, CSE, PTW, LOTO, BBSM, FIRE FIGHTING, FIRE / HOLE WATCH, TRA, JSA etc. 2) Design program and take necessary approval of training program. 3) Check paper and update marks on web 4) Modify programs as required by client. 5) Do walk around in plant and understand requirement of internal and external trainings. 6) Remain update on OSHA requirements and stay updated. 7) Prepare safety passport 8) Do all task as assigned by Snr Instructor/ Manager 9) Do all administrative works as assigned. 10) Be a team player and support training department in shutdown and projects by working extended hours. 11) Provide trainings on absenteeism of another trainer. 12) Provide practical training in plant. 13) Visit local university for nationals and make them understand HSE training requirements and do necessary. 14) Support localisation 15) Coordinate with external agency and provide required trainings.
