Promote Compliance – Ensure staff understand and follow local laws, industry standards, and company policies. 4. Perform Risk Assessments – Identify hazards and recommend preventive measures to reduce workplace incidents. 5. Monitor Effectiveness – Evaluate training outcomes through assessments, feedback, and performance reviews. 6. Support Incident Investigations – Assist in analyzing accidents or near misses and suggest corrective actions. 7. Encourage Safety Culture – Motivate employees to adopt safe practices and foster a proactive attitude toward health and environment.
