Management and control of all Project materials from uplift and delivery of materials and equipment to receipt and control at the nominated Fabrication Yard and Barge. ▪ Prioritize the arrival of material, analyze yields and fabrication methods, and plan production activities according to project schedule and availability of drawings, materials, and personnel. ▪ Final reconciliation including disposal of scrap materials all per the company and Contractor’s policy and procedures for the materials Management ▪ Responsible for timely goods receipt checking (discrepancy in shortage, visible damage, and documentation correctness), and proper storage of all materials and equipment in the designated Areas, including open storage, climatic control rooms, and segregated areas for hazardous materials and gases. ▪ Manage project materials, production feed, and production plan within the Production Planning and Control team. ▪ Check the Availability of the required materials for overall Project activities in advance with the plan as per IFC and Shop Drawings. ▪ Responsible for the issuance of all materials and equipment to the construction Areas through MRF. ▪ Ensure that correct material is issued for construction Areas as per Plan, IFC, and Shop Drawings from the receipt at the Yard up to the final acceptance and release for work. ▪ Check all Material Receiving Reports will be issued upon arrival at the materials store and signed by an approved Contractor’s representative. MRRs will then be transmitted (with the Inward Inspection Report and Material NonConformance Note, where necessary, to the Company Materials Project Management team. ▪ Ensure the traceability of project materials in the yard ▪ Interface with Procurement and Expediters for material deliveries. ▪ Attending meetings of the materials issues with management. ▪ Monitor subcontractor material utilization factors database. ▪ Interface with Procurement and Expediters for material deliveries.
