I am responsible for supervising and controlling operation and HSE aspects on workover rig . My role includes continuous monitoring and recording of working fluid balance, losses, and usage across different services and operations. I verify the availability, accuracy, and compliance of all required on-site documentation related to well repair activities.Also cost control involving daily updates of cost tracking tables, monitoring expenditures, and reporting deviations from planned budgets. I am authorized to immediately stop any unsafe activities to ensure operational safety. I lead and conduct regular HSE meetings, prepare official meeting minutes, and perform Job Safety Analyses (JSA) to identify risks and implement preventive measures. Additionally, I prepare supervisor instructions defining technical and technological requirements for upcoming operations. My duties also include reviewing documentation, performing functional and visual inspections, conducting leak tests, and supporting service companies during critical well repair operations while coordinating and aligning action plans.
