I am a Drilling Engineer and Drilling Supervisor currently living and working in Germany, with professional experience in drilling operations, wellsite supervision, and well engineering across oil, gas, and geothermal projects. My roles and responsibilities include preparing detailed drilling programs, operational procedures, and technical documentation to support safe and efficient well execution. I supervise drilling operations at the wellsite, ensuring that all activities are carried out in accordance with approved drilling programs, company standards, and HSE regulations. I coordinate daily with rig crews, service companies, and third-party contractors to maintain operational efficiency and resolve technical or operational issues in real time. In addition, I am responsible for managing service tenders, evaluating contractor proposals, and supporting cost control initiatives. I compile end-of-well reports, analyze drilling performance, and document lessons learned to improve future operations. My experience also includes engineering planning for plug and abandonment operations of depleted wells, where I contributed to program design, risk assessments, and operational planning. Earlier responsibilities included supporting drilling and completion activities for deep offshore gas wells, monitoring well parameters, assisting with well control readiness, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental requirements throughout all phases of operations.
