Monitoring the drilling operations for any deviations, performance improvements, and optimization. Real-time analysis of rig surface parameters for anomalies to enhance the drilling function and reduce downtime. Analyzing the Performance for the durations of non-drilling/flat time based on the well type, rig type etc. Quality checks the daily drilling reports of the fleets against the norms and best practices.
