Responsible in planning, organizing, and supervising all scaffolding and work at height activities, which includes conducting risk assessments, selecting and inspecting equipment, assigning tasks and roles to team members, monitoring and documenting work progress, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations. Liaison between clients, contractors, and authorities, and handles any issues or emergencies that may arise during the operation. Communicates clearly, coordinate effectively, and solve problems quickly. Work closely with contractors in ensuring a smooth running of all scaffolding and work at height activity. Assist in updating work procedures, method statement, carryout routine inspection on scaffold and work at height equipment and keep appropriate record on its status. Assist in the induction of personnel as well as visitors and contractors. Ensure compliance to work procedures. Coordinate training on scaffolding safety, working at height and other related discipline to all new employee. Ensure adequate emergency rescue plan is in place.
