- Assist logistics activities for tracking and coordination the delivery and receipt of purchased equipment. - Review, Monitoring and control the sub-contractor Warehouse and Material management execution according to subcontractor Warehouse and Material Management Execution Plan in the warehouse and laydown area. - Coordinate with sub-contractor materials team for MRR, MIR to ensure the quantity and quality materials according to delivery note/packing list (PO). - Material tracking, expediting and status reports logistic from contractor. - Ensure efficient inventory control and stock accuracy material free issue and temporary. - Coordinate with contractor to ensure smooth logistics flow, and ensure all document. - Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations related to logistics and warehouse management Contractor. - Monitoring Heavy Equipment contractor in site. - Perform other duties as requested by Project Manager and as required at the discretion of the Company and provide reports of all activities.
