• Successful managing of multi-national drilling/wellwork teams on Sakhalin 1 Project • Perform well work activities (GSO, PLT, single barrier X-mas tree change out, Well head seals repair, perforation, off-line injectivity tests, etc.) • Supervise wellwork support crews consisting of several different contractors • Perform wellwork activities without regular wellwork crew • Provide input for drilling/wellwork procedures • Supervise drilling/casing run/cementing jobs and ensure that they are performed in compliance with well control standards and approved procedure • Supervise and coordinate service companies involved in drilling • Plan and track resources for successful operations execution as well as cost optimization • Keep track of available materials that will be required for upcoming jobs, coordinate with Offshore/Onshore Drilling Logistcs team • Participate in drilling/casing run/cementing job procedures preparation • Participating in delivering world record ERD wells Responsible for High Consequence scenarios safeguards for as a safeguards owner for wellwork/drilling • Active participation in safety programs introduced by the Company • Ensure that all works are being done in safe manner and environmental impacts as per corporate standards • Supervise service companies in terms of procedural discipline and safety requirements compliance • Conduct pre-job and pre-tour briefings for drilling crew and service companies • Lead safety standdowns to address safety concerns to the personnel and review recent incidents • Lead Safe start, finish strong presentations to the teams in order to maintain focus on safety a beginning and year end • Perform well control drills with the teams • Participate in safety incidents investigation, define key causes and suggest corrective actions
