• Manage and conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on MV/LV panels, UPS systems, compressor machines, fire alarm and FM200 panels, and capacitor banks. • Interpret and work from technical diagrams, drawings, and blueprints to ensure accurate installation and maintenance. • Supervise and execute maintenance and troubleshooting of firefighting systems, including jockey pumps, electric and diesel-driven pumps, and foam pumps; perform PCB, filter, oil, and mechanical part replacements (chamber, impeller, shaft), and develop preventive maintenance schedules for fire alarm systems. • Ensure reliability of low and medium voltage panels, conduct thermography testing, and maintain low current systems (Public Address, CCTV, BMS). • Supervise indoor and outdoor lighting systems, including high mast (25- meter floodlights), and handle re-lamping and maintenance activities. • Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of roller shutter doors, including PCB, transformer, sensor, and limit switch replacements. • Conduct inspections and testing of transformers, circuit breakers, and other electrical components using devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, and oscilloscopes to ensure circuit safety and performance. • Manage circuit breaker corrective maintenance and ensure compliance with National Electrical Code, company policies, and local building regulations. • Lead a team of technicians, provide technical guidance, ensure adherence to safety procedures, and maintain detailed records of maintenance activities. • Demonstrate strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision- making skills in diagnosing electrical faults and optimizing system performance. • Proficient in the use of electrical testing tools and hand tools (e.g., multimeter, wire strippers, etc.). • Promote a safety-first culture and ensure all work is carried out following legal regulations, standards, and company policies.
