Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials, drilling tools, and equipment as per delivery notes and purchase orders (including rental equipment). Maintain accurate inventory levels and update stock movements in Oracle. Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of materials in designated locations. Issue, distribute, and record materials requested by departments. Coordinate with logistics team for incoming and outgoing shipments. Maintain accurate documentation, including material receipt reports, stock ledgers, and delivery paperwork. Track and manage drilling tools such as drill bits, stabilizers, subs, fishing tools, and downhole equipment. Support maintenance teams by ensuring availability of required spare parts during repairs or breakdowns. Coordinate with vendors and service companies for pick-up and return of rental tools and equipment. Ensure proper ordering of new equipment according to OEM and company
