• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on LV and MV electrical systems. • Troubleshoot electrical faults in power distribution systems, MCC panels, and control circuits. • Maintain MV motors up to 13.8kV including insulation resistance, winding resistance, and bearing checks. • Conduct routine inspection and maintenance of transformers, including oil level, temperature, and protection devices. • Perform monthly load testing of diesel generators and analyze voltage, frequency, and load stability. • Diagnose faults in motor control systems including star-delta, soft starters, and VFD drives. • Execute electrical isolation and LOTO procedures before maintenance. • Perform cable termination, gland installation, and continuity testing. • Conduct thermography inspection to detect hot spots and loose connections. • Maintain emergency lighting and UPS power backup systems. • Update maintenance reports and CMMS work orders. • Support shutdown and major maintenance activities
