Lead shift, assigning tasks and supervising electrical technicians to ensure efficient workflow. • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain PLC-controlled systems, motors, relays, and control panels across QC, RTG equipment. • Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to maximize equipment uptime and reliability. • Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns, coordinating rapid recovery to minimize operational downtime. • Oversee electrical safety compliance, LOTO procedures, and operational safety standards. • Collaborate with engineering and operations teams on system upgrades, electrical modifications, and reliability improvement projects. • Prepare technical reports, maintenance logs, and shift handover documentation. • Mentor and train technicians in advanced troubleshooting, PLC operation, and safe electrical practices.
