Providing technical advice to project team. • Leads multiple project teams of other electrical hardware engineers and internal and outsourced development partners responsible for all stages of electrical hardware development for products, solutions and platforms, including design, validation / testing. Expands relationships with internal, outsourced development partner on electrical hardware design and development. • Identify issues proactively and work with the team to resolve effectively. Reviews and evaluates designs and project activities for compliance with technology and development guidelines and standards; provides tangible feedback to improve product quality. Drives innovation and integration of technologies into project and activity in the electrical hardware design organization
