 Monitoring and ensure PTW, JHA and other risk control system implemented correctly included of review for any changes of scope of work.  Daily walkabout, conduct safety induction for incoming/outgoing crew.  Assist management on board conduct Emergency Safety Drill/exercise as per requirement.  To follow up and take action from any recommendation from client to improve HSE system, process and culture on board, monitoring Short service employee program.  Accident investigation reporting and notification; following requirement as per client procedure.  To give high recommendations, advised to improved Health and safety of crew and to assist management on board to control risk that lead for property damage, target area of red zone on rig, any high-pressure line area, machinery and any equipment with hazardous and high risk that could harm the crew on board.
