Assist the Driller in daily drilling operations on conventional and unconventional wells. • Monitor drilling parameters including weight on bit, RPM, pump pressure, torque, and mud properties. • Supervise and coordinate floor crew (Roughnecks and Derrickman). • Ensure proper handling and operation of drilling equipment (top drive, drawworks, mud pumps, BOP systems). • Conduct pre-tour safety meetings and toolbox talks. • Ensure compliance with HSE policies and safe work procedures. • Monitor well control indicators and assist during well control situations. • Participate in BOP testing and well control drills. • Maintain accurate drilling records and reports. • Ensure proper housekeeping and safe rig floor conditions. • Assist in casing, cementing, tripping, and completion operations. • Report equipment malfunctions to the Driller and maintenance team.

• Strong knowledge of drilling operations (conventional & unconventional wells) • Experience with Top Drive, Drawworks, • BOP testing and well Certifications • IWCF Well Control Certification • H2S Safety Certification • First Aid & CPR
