Roles & Responsibilities – HSE Supervisor Implement and monitor Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures in compliance with company standards and client requirements (e.g., Saudi Aramco standards). Conduct Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Risk Assessments, and Toolbox Talks (TBT) prior to critical activities. Ensure strict compliance with PTW (Permit to Work) systems, including hot work, confined space entry, working at height, lifting operations, and SIMOPS. Supervise HSE activities on offshore and onshore drilling rigs, jack-up rigs, barges, production platforms, and refinery sites. Perform routine site inspections, safety audits, and behavioral safety observations to identify unsafe acts and conditions. Monitor H2S safety systems, gas testing, and emergency response readiness. Investigate incidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions; prepare detailed reports with root cause analysis and corrective actions. Coordinate emergency response drills (fire, H2S, man overboard, evacuation) and ensure compliance with ERP procedures. Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, including waste management, spill prevention, and pollution control measures. Conduct safety inductions and ongoing HSE training for employees and subcontractors. Monitor lifting operations, scaffolding activities, rigging, confined spaces, and high-risk operations. Maintain HSE documentation, reports, statistics, and compliance records. Liaise with client representatives, third-party inspectors, and management on HSE performance. Promote a proactive safety culture through leadership, mentoring, and workforce engagement. Ensure compliance with international standards such as ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and industry best practices.
