Assisting with rig operations and daily activities Loading, unloading, and moving equipment and materials Cleaning and maintaining the rig floor, tools, and work areas Helping with pipe handling and basic drilling tasks Performing painting, greasing, and basic repairs Following health, safety, and environmental (HSE) rules strictly Working in harsh weather and physically demanding conditions Operating basic hand tools and equipment Reporting hazards, damages, or unsafe conditions Working on the rig floor during drilling operations Making up and breaking out drill pipe and connections Handling drill pipe, casing, and tubing using tongs and slips Assisting the Derrickman Cleaning and maintaining the rig floor and equipment Performing equipment inspection and basic maintenance Operating rig floor tools safely Following HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) procedures strictly Responding quickly during well control situations Working long shifts in tough weather conditions
